Delta has also redesigned and updated Delta Sky Clubs, most recently in Salt Lake City, and launched biometric check-in service at all Delta Sky Club locations.  The airline continues to remove other physical touchpoints to deliver a more personalized experience on the ground. One latest example: a new digital identity test in Detroit aimed at providing touchless curb-to-gate experience.

This integrated suite of digital tools will incorporate learnings from ongoing work with TrustAssure, with whom Delta has partnered since March 2020 to continue to simplify COVID-testing options for customers. Delta is also leading the industry by consulting with partners across the travel journey – including the cruise line, hotel and entertainment industries – to align on key standards and additional best practices that can be put in place to reopen travel in the months ahead.

Delta customers can already make use of a range of available digital solutions that are making travel easier to manage, including an interactive travel map that helps customers plan and book their next trip with up-to-date details on where we fly and any travel requirements and restrictions  at your destination.
